About
Growing up in Beaverton, Michigan, I learned to love the outdoors and was always active. In 1992, I began attending Olivet Nazarene University in Bourbonnais, Illinois where I continued to be very active – working my way through school while being involved in athletics, intramurals and occasionally even attending some classes! I was actually a pretty good student and graduated in 1996 with a B.A. in Graphic Design and Marketing. Over the next 20 years, I would design campaigns and produce marketing material for Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, universities, non-profits and everything in between.
When my wonderful wife — of more than 20 years — and I moved to southwest Florida we knew we would love it. We had already been to the area for numerous vacations, and some of our friends and family had already made the move. My two teenage boys were excited to be here full-time as well, and it’s a great place to call home. Some of the best beaches in the country; dozens of festivals; car, boat and RV shows; unlimited shopping opportunities; and fantastic dining are just a few of the things we enjoy on a regular basis.
My interest in real estate came from simply living here. I love new marketing challenges and truly enjoy working with different kinds of people to come up with solutions for their individual needs. I’ve been doing that for more than 20 years as a designer and marketing professional, and I look forward to bringing that experience and expertise to my real estate career. From the excitement of helping friends make the move to their fantastic new home or lending support to a couple who might be downsizing for their retirement years, it’s all about my clients and our journey together.
